Welcome to Meso. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• You may delete your account at any time. After deletion, your data will be permanently removed following a 30-day grace period.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Meso only for its intended purpose: personal fitness tracking, training programming, and nutrition coaching. You must not:

• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Use the app to distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
• Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its content.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Meso offers free and paid subscription tiers.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through the platform you subscribed on (App Store, Google Play, or Stripe).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refund policies are governed by the respective platform's policies (Apple, Google, or Stripe).

Health Disclaimer

Meso provides training and nutrition recommendations based on evidence-based hypertrophy principles. However:

• The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
• We are not liable for injuries, health complications, or adverse outcomes resulting from following the app's recommendations.
• All training and nutrition data is for informational and tracking purposes only.

Intellectual Property

• The Meso app, including its design, algorithms, and content, is our intellectual property.
• Your personal data (training logs, nutrition logs, etc.) remains yours. You can export it at any time.
• By using the app, you do not acquire any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
• Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meso and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meso operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
